I’m Anouk de Wolff, as an entrepreneur, angel investor, and former Head of People, I have worked closely with over one hundred scale-ups across Europe. I combine deep experience in recruitment, culture, and strategy with a direct and sharp style. My goal: sustainable growth and value creation for founders and investors.

The success of a start/scale-up often depends on the first leaders you bring in. A Head of Product, Marketing, or Customer Success not only defines the strategy but also shapes the culture and the way the company develops.
I exclusively focus on senior roles: C-level, Heads of, and the first key team members. No broad search, but a targeted approach for positions that truly make a difference. My focus is SaaS, e-commerce, platforms, and marketplaces backed by venture capital.
With a boutique approach, I take on a maximum of three active searches at a time. This allows me to dedicate the attention needed to not only find the right candidate but also someone who fits the culture and future of the organisation.

As a founder, you constantly face decisions: a new product, entering a new market, fundraising, or restructuring the team. Often these choices hinge on the people side of the business. I provide equal-level support: not as a distant consultant, but as a partner who knows what it’s like to build a company firsthand.
